In places marked by war, hunger, and exploitation, it can feel like darkness has the final word. But again and again, we’ve witnessed hope break through. 

We saw it when Lucia, once abandoned and mistreated, was welcomed with safety, food, and the chance to go to school.  

When Lucas, who lost his mother in the war, picked up his books with confidence and began preparing for a brighter future. 

And when Ruth, once at risk of becoming a child bride, graduated as a teacher and stepped into her calling. 

Each story is different, but the thread is the same: hope shines because of you. 

Since 2005, that hope has reached over 4,083 students, carried 413 graduates across the finish line of high school, and launched 56 alumni into college on a LUV scholarship. In 2025 alone, more than 1,446 vulnerable children were protected and equipped through LUV’s indigenous-led network. 

Now, we’re raising $250,000 to ensure even more children are rescued from danger and given the chance to learn, grow, and thrive. Together, we can spark new stories of hope that will shine for generations.
